We will forward your ordered products through various courier services, we will not responsible for the delay by the courier / logistic partners, if it lost in transit, claim will be initiated and amount will be setteled in 15 – 30 working days.
SECTION 11 – REFUND / RETURN POLICY
If any product damaged in transit you need to submit a video from opening of the package, if product is wrongly delivered or actually delivered but customer claiming non receipt of the product we will cross check with the concerned courier and will take necessary steps to refund or replace the product as per the customer interest, investigation will take up to 15 days from the last mile courier updation status by the courier / logistic partner. Hence as per the given policy no return allowed.
SECTION 12 – CANCELLATION POLICY
Please place the order after clear check of the product details, product pictures are illustration puspose only , if any packing change by the origin company , we are not responsible, we will send genuine products, we will replace the products with other products if requested by the customer but no cancellation will be allowed for paid orders
